We The Dolls House Company,treat all our customers with the utmost respect and the highest possible standard of service.We respect every customers privacy and will not forward any personal details to any other person or organisation.
All prices are correct at time of upload and any amendments will be advised at the time when ordering.
All carriage prices where applicable are for the U.K.mainland only.Prices for carriage outside the U.K will be advised at time of ordering.
We will endeavour to supply the goods within the times stated but we are not liable where circumstances are beyond our controle.g.items being delayed/lost in the post.
If you are not entirely happy with anything you have purchased from us you must return it to us within 10 days for a full refund less the outward postal charge,the items must be in the same condition as when they were sent.Customers are responsible for postage/packaging costs.
All items are sent either first class with proof of posting or recorded,should any parcel not be received please contact us,any first class items/recorded items will be pursued via royal mail by ourselves.Any claims cannot be pursued until after 14 days as stated by royal mail.After this time i will pursue a claim if the items have not been received.
We are authorised suppliers of Dolls House Workshop dolls house kits and all dollshouse kits are suitable for persons of 14 years and above with the exception of primrose cottage which is suitable for children of 3 years and above when assembled.
