THE BEECHES

This is an example of how The Beeches dolls house kit can be transformed. The dolls house is made from good quality MDF and has been built and decorated externally but is supplied undecorated. There is a front opening basement which has 2 dividing walls which can be fitted or you could leave it as 1 large room it is entirely up to you. The house has a central stairwell. The front opens as does the attic to give you 8 rooms in total.

1st and 2nd floor are identical comprising
1 room @ 360 x 332 x 200mm (11.5 x 9.5 x 12.5 inches)
1 room @ 285 x 332 x 200mm (11.5 x 12.5 x 7.75 inches)
The attic rooms are the same size with the exception of a sloping ceiling
